 IBM looking for passionate fresher graduates with excellent communication skills, having good knowledge of Java, Spring cloud, SQL and AWS for the role of Application Developer : Cloud FullStack.

Skill Set :

  1. Expert in Backend and Front end technologies.
  2. Good knowledge of Java, Spring cloud, SQL and AWS.
  3. Proficient in OOP concepts and Database concepts..
  4. Familiar with Java 8 , JEE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Angular JS , Node JS, CSS3 , HTML5, Any RDBMS database, Design Patterns.
  5. Self-starter, organized, willing to learn and solve things on your own.
  6. Ability to work effectively as part of a world-wide, agile development team.
  7. Team-mindset: Willingness to collaborate and iterate.
  8. Growth-mindset: Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Job Description :

As an Application Developer, you will lead IBM into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. The success of IBM is in your hands as you transform vital business needs into code and drive innovation.

  1. Solution using multiple technologies to address functional needs, and convert design to functional and technical specifications.
  2. Provides and/or oversees business application functional support services to meet customer performance, availability, service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets.
  3. Ensures adherence to project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA and other relevant processes, standards, governance and controls
  4. Plan and manage medium to large scale, complex, integrated application or platform projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with guardrails of scope, timeline, budget and quality. Help defining coding best practices within team.
  5. Perform design reviews.
