Job Description:

As an intern – Data Operations Specialist at Innovaccer, you will work under the direction of the General Counsel to develop a modern legal operations program for our world-class legal team. This role is highly visible and impactful, focusing on streamlining processes, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring efficient communication between legal and compliance teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Soft Skills:
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of information and propose viable solutions.
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills.

A Day in the Life

  • Build meaningful analytic reports for the legal department that are actionable and shared with relevant stakeholders.
  • Use existing company technology to develop template intake forms and streamline contract management processes.
  • Collaborate with the company to establish a legal hub in Jira, facilitating self-service, intake forms, and access to key information.
  • Manage department systems and assist lawyers in maintaining up-to-date and clean data on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate communication between legal and compliance teams in India and the US to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Organize and maintain legal department document drives, ensuring adherence to information governance standards.
  • Code incoming invoices from law firms for clarity and transparency in legal spend; oversee the review of external law firms.
  • Collaborate with the deal desk and sales team to establish two-way automated reporting of priorities
