Job Description:
- The Senior Data Analyst supports internal service bureau business processes and operations activities to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables.
- Senior Data Analyst combines best-in-class operational and analytic skills with strong problem-solving and communication abilities for projects, solving operational, analytical, and strategic business problems.
- The analyst will collaborate with and work closely with the Service Bureau lead to deliver service line-specific reports and insights to support commercialization efforts from RFP Responses, and Proposal Development, to Active client management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields OR Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting with broad-based experience in, managed care, and/or analytics is required.
- Experience working with Medical and Pharmacy claims data sources
- 1 year, minimum, working in collaboration with a team on project execution
- Experience having worked in a global capacity
- Experience in developing a strategy for the execution on analytic results
- Experience leading the delivery of analytic results to the client (internal or external)
Responsibility:
- Develop standard medical and pharmacy claims-based reporting and insights solutions to support service line commercializing needs under the direction of the service bureau lead
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate service line business questions, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures
- Implement process improvements in processes and strive to identify such opportunities working with the service bureau lead
- Remaining current on new tools, techniques, and working models to continually improve/enhance processes and design for quick adoption
- Develop a strong understanding of processes, data, tools & technology to effectively translate business to technology & vice versa
- Coordinate multiple tasks to produce high-quality results
- Work on multiple service requests, strengthening analytic, task management, and communication skills
- Assist in developing thought leadership and subject matter expertise collateral for PVH commercialization activities
- Carry out secondary research as needed
